ORDINIS WORKFORCE INTELLIGENCE

Workforce Intelligence Accelerator

Turn fragmented workforce signals into one governed decision path.

Connect workforce demand, current supply, hiring and starts, movement and retention, ramp and productivity, capacity, scenarios, and operating risk through governed definitions, traceable sources, reusable models, visible evidence, and accountable decisions.

Business problem Workforce demand, capacity, headcount, hiring, attrition, ramp, retention, and productivity are managed through disconnected systems and assumptions.

Defined outcome A governed workforce decision system connecting workforce supply, demand, movement, capacity, productivity, scenarios, and operating risk.

Delivery A controlled baseline, governed workforce model, scenario logic, executive decision experience, QA evidence, and accountable handoff.

BASELINE AND TRIGGER CONDITIONS

Establish the workforce baseline and expose the decisions it cannot currently support.

The ORDINIS Reporting Contract defines the workforce question, source authority, population and ownership rules, planning horizon, acceptance criteria, constraints, and exclusions before the model or executive experience is built.

  1. 01

    Decision Scope and Population

Define the workforce questions, audience, planning horizon, people included, status, role, organization, location, grain, and accountable action.

  2. 02

    Source Authority and Ownership

Identify authoritative systems, identity rules, organization and market ownership, refresh expectations, reconciliation, and known limitations.

  3. 03

    Demand, Capacity, and Movement Rules

Control approved need, productive supply, vacancies, hiring, starts, transfers, terms, attrition, retention, ramp, and productivity assumptions.

  4. 04

    Acceptance and Change Control

State evidence, tolerances, caveats, scenario boundaries, approvals, release conditions, owners, effective dates, and future change rules.

Common trigger conditions

  • Demand and staffing plans cannot be reconciled to governed workforce supply.
  • Headcount, hiring, movement, attrition, retention, or productivity change by source.
  • Ramp and productive-capacity assumptions are undocumented or inconsistent.
  • Market, location, branch, role, or organizational ownership rules conflict.
  • Executives wait for repeated manual reconciliation before acting.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE AND WHAT CHANGES

Four governed workstreams connect the evidence to the operating decision.

The exact artifact set is confirmed during the Executive Review. Each workstream pairs controlled deliverables with the intended decision-system change. These are intended outcomes, not guaranteed business results.

01

Decision Scope and Source Authority

  • Reporting Contract and executive decision questions
  • Source authority and ownership matrix
  • Population, grain, market, location, and acceptance rules

Decision change One approved workforce baseline with clear ownership and explicit limits.

02

Workforce Population and Movement

  • Governed headcount and employment-status logic
  • Hires, starts, transfers, terms, attrition, and retention definitions
  • Historical movement, cohorts, reconciliation, and exceptions

Decision change One traceable population and movement view instead of competing counts.

03

Demand, Capacity, Hiring, Ramp, and Productivity

  • Demand and productive-capacity model
  • Hiring plan, expected starts, and replacement assumptions
  • Ramp, productivity, scenario, and risk logic

Decision change Visible capacity gaps, assumptions, sensitivities, and operating priorities.

04

Decision System and Release Evidence

  • Reusable workforce semantic model and KPI catalog
  • Executive workforce decision experience
  • QA, caveat register, executive readout, and change control

Decision change A repeatable source-to-decision cycle supported by retained evidence.

SIGNALS TO DECISION

Move through one controlled workforce decision path.

Delivery is typically 6–14 weeks and varies with source complexity, operating scope, forecasting maturity, stakeholder availability, and approval readiness.

  1. 01

    Signals and Authority

Confirm the workforce question, sources, population, demand inputs, ownership, planning horizon, constraints, and acceptance rules.

OutputReporting Contract, source authority, and governed baseline.
  2. 02

    Governed Workforce Model

Connect population, movement, demand, capacity, hiring, ramp, productivity, market, location, and KPI logic at defensible grains.

OutputControlled definitions, semantic model, reconciliations, and exceptions.
  3. 03

    Scenario and Risk

Test approved assumptions, capacity gaps, expected starts, replacement needs, ramp timing, sensitivities, caveats, and operating exposure.

OutputScenario logic, risk thresholds, QA evidence, and open conditions.
  4. 04

    Executive Decision and Handoff

Present the governed picture, decisions, priorities, accountable owners, release conditions, monitoring, and continued change-control path.

OutputExecutive readout, action plan, retained evidence, and operating handoff.

GOVERNED METHOD, NOT A BLACK BOX

Use the complete ORDINIS Framework™ without repeating the full lifecycle.

The accelerator applies all six Framework stages while presenting the connection in three concise control groups: authority, governed construction, and sustained executive use.

01-02

Align and Establish Authority

Clarify the workforce decision, establish source truth, define population and ownership rules, and set acceptance criteria.

03-04

Define Meaning and Build

Control workforce definitions, demand, capacity, movement, ramp, productivity, scenarios, KPIs, and the reusable decision model.

05-06

Decide, Monitor, and Evolve

Release evidence-based findings, accountable actions, monitoring, assumption reviews, and controlled change.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What leaders should know before the accelerator begins.

Final scope, timing, artifacts, source requirements, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder responsibilities are confirmed through the Executive Review. Commercial model: bounded fixed-fee engagement; final scope and fee are confirmed through the Executive Review.

Is this only a dashboard-development project?

No. The accelerator establishes the governed workforce operating model, source authority, population rules, demand and capacity logic, movement definitions, scenarios, evidence, and operating controls. An executive experience may be included, but a dashboard is not the engagement boundary.

Which systems and workforce domains can be included?

The scope may include relevant HRIS, ATS, finance, operations, scheduling, productivity, CRM, planning, and controlled file-based sources. Recruiting, starts, movement, retention, ramp, and productivity can be connected when they support the same decision and can be governed at defensible grains.

Do we need a mature workforce forecast before starting?

No. ORDINIS can begin with fragmented plans and assumptions, establish the controlled baseline, expose gaps, define what must be resolved, and set the conditions required before forecast outputs are ready for executive use.

Who owns the decisions, and what happens after the accelerator?

Client-designated leaders retain business decisions and approval authority. After handoff, the organization may operationalize the model, remediate source and ownership gaps, expand scenarios, establish recurring monitoring, or continue through separately scoped managed analytics and governance support.

START WITH THE WORKFORCE DECISION

Replace fragmented workforce planning with one governed operating picture.

Share the workforce decision challenge, operating scope, current systems, population rules, demand assumptions, planning horizon, and desired outcome. ORDINIS will define the right accelerator boundary, source requirements, governance evidence, and decision-system path. Review the headcount-lifecycle case and ATS-to-HRIS case for related prior-role evidence.
