ABOUT ORDINIS™

Structured intelligence for decisions that carry consequences.

Ordinis Intelligence, LLC builds governed executive decision systems that connect source truth, business meaning, validated analytics, and accountable action.

We help organizations replace fragmented metrics and isolated dashboards with controlled systems leaders can understand, trust, and use.

ORDINIS™ combines disciplined advisory, governed delivery, reusable intellectual property, and a controlled path toward managed and software-enabled decision intelligence.

WHY ORDINIS

Order is not cosmetic. It is operational.

ORDINIS reflects order, arrangement, structure, discipline, and governed clarity. The name expresses the operating problem we solve: important decisions become unreliable when data, definitions, ownership, and evidence remain disconnected.

01

Establish source authority

Identify the systems, populations, dates, keys, and owners that control the decision.

02

Define business meaning

Turn assumptions into explicit metric, semantic, exception, and accountability rules.

03

Validate decision logic

Reconcile the evidence, validate the implementation, and retain the release record.

04

Enable accountable action

Present the decision, risk, caveat, and next action in a form leaders can govern.

THE BUSINESS PURPOSE

ORDINIS builds governed decision systems, not generic dashboards. Visualization is the executive experience. Trust comes from the controlled source-to-decision system underneath it.

FOUNDER CREDIBILITY

Operational leadership translated into governed decision systems.

Steven KeeganFounder & Principal, ORDINIS™

Steven Keegan is the Founder & Principal of ORDINIS™, an executive decision intelligence company that helps complex organizations transform fragmented data, inconsistent definitions, and manual reporting into governed decision systems leaders can trust.

Before founding ORDINIS, Steven Keegan served 23 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Major, and later held enterprise workforce and analytics roles. In those prior roles, he led or materially contributed to more than 10 Power BI and workforce-intelligence solutions used to support planning and reporting across organizations totaling more than 3,000 employees and more than 30 operating markets. These figures describe prior-role scope, not ORDINIS client results.

ORDINIS applies that combined operating and analytics discipline to help leaders make consequential decisions with clearer evidence, visible governance, and accountable action.

MISSION AND OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Make complex operating evidence usable without making it less accountable.

Our mission is to convert fragmented operational, workforce, recruiting, sales, finance, HR, and analytics data into governed executive decision systems.

01

Source truth before visualization

Start with authoritative evidence, not the desired chart.

02

Governance before scale

Control purpose, ownership, definitions, and change before expansion.

03

Business meaning before automation

Automation should execute an agreed rule, not conceal an unresolved one.

04

Evidence before release

Quality, reconciliation, caveats, and approval must be retained.

05

Human accountability around AI

AI-assisted decision support requires governed context, traceability, controls, and named decision rights.

HOW ORDINIS WORKS

One governed lifecycle across advisory, accelerators, assessments, and managed delivery.

The ORDINIS Framework™ controls how an executive question becomes a decision foundation, validated implementation, usable insight, and sustained operating capability.

  1. DiscoverFrame the question and evidence boundary.
  2. GovernSet ownership, definitions, and controls.
  3. DefineConvert the decision into governed requirements.
  4. BuildImplement the controlled decision system.
  5. DeliverValidate evidence and accountable action.
  6. SustainGovern change, exceptions, and improvement.

COMPANY TRAJECTORY

Build evidence through services. Convert evidence into repeatable capability.

ORDINIS follows a controlled consulting-to-managed-services-to-software trajectory. ORDINIS develops reusable capability only where repeated, non-confidential delivery patterns demonstrate a validated need. Client data, proprietary business logic, and restricted information remain governed by the applicable engagement terms. Future software products advance only where recurring market needs, delivery evidence, and governance support productization.

04

Software and AI-assisted decision systems

ORDINIS provides AI-assisted advisory and implementation services today. Future software products are a service-backed evolution shaped by validated, repeatable client needs; ORDINIS does not currently offer a live SaaS subscription or functioning autonomous agents.

EVIDENCE AND TRUST BOUNDARIES

Trust grows when the boundaries are visible.

ORDINIS separates verified facts, approved methodology, illustrative evidence, concepts, and restricted information. That discipline protects buyers, delivery teams, and the decisions the system is intended to support.

Methodology evidence is not client evidence. ORDINIS does not invent customer names, results, testimonials, certifications, market statistics, guarantees, or live-product claims.

01

Source authority

Evidence is tied to an identified system, population, grain, date, and owner.

02

Claims discipline

Public language reflects the actual maturity of the offer, service, method, or concept.

03

Release control

Quality tests, caveats, decisions, version, approval, and rollback remain documented.

04

Confidentiality

Restricted legal, tax, personnel, employer, client, health, and residential information stays outside public assets.

START WITH THE EXECUTIVE DECISION

Bring the decision problem, not a dashboard specification.

Use an Executive Review to clarify the decision, evidence, governance gap, operating risk, and most appropriate next step.
