WEBSITE TERMS

Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the ORDINIS public website, public resources, and published business contact channels.

Effective date: August 21, 2026

By using the public website, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website. A separate signed agreement controls any covered ORDINIS services.

1. Assent and changes

Browsing public informational content provides notice of these Terms but may not create agreement to every provision in every jurisdiction. Contacting ORDINIS by email or phone does not itself create a client relationship, confidentiality agreement, or agreement to unrelated contractual terms. ORDINIS will not condition an applicable privacy right or accessibility request on agreement to unrelated terms.

ORDINIS may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted before they apply to future website use. Continued browsing does not retroactively modify a prior signed agreement.

2. Informational purpose and professional boundaries

The site describes ORDINIS, its methods, capabilities, possible engagements, and public resources. Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, accounting, audit, attestation, tax, investment, cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility-conformance, employment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Contacting ORDINIS or requesting a conversation does not create an appointment, client relationship, confidentiality agreement, fiduciary duty, statement of work, price, certification, or guaranteed outcome. A business relationship exists only when authorized parties sign a separate agreement.

ORDINIS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. An ORDINIS assessment is not a Microsoft certification and does not establish legal, regulatory, security, privacy, accessibility, accounting, or other compliance.

3. Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you send and for having authority to send it. Do not send credentials, source files, government identifiers, health information, financial-account information, employee-level personal data, client-confidential information, export-controlled material, or other sensitive records through ordinary email or voicemail.

You authorize ORDINIS to use and internally share your communication only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond, operate and protect the website and contact channels, maintain lawful records, and comply with law. This does not transfer ownership of your material. A later signed agreement controls conflicting treatment.

4. Intellectual property and brand use

ORDINIS or its licensors own the website, its original text, design, graphics, compilations, downloadable resources, and other protectable elements. ORDINIS does not claim ownership over ideas, methods, facts, or material that applicable law leaves unprotected.

ORDINIS™ and The ORDINIS Framework™ are trademarks claimed by Ordinis Intelligence, LLC. No website access grants a license to use confusingly similar branding or imply an endorsement, partnership, certification, client result, or relationship not approved in writing.

You may view, print, or download public materials for internal, lawful, noncommercial evaluation. You may not remove notices, misrepresent source, reproduce or sell a substantially similar commercial product, or use materials to violate law or another person’s rights.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with availability, security, access controls, rate limits, navigation, contact channels, or other website functions.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, automated abuse, unreasonable scraping, or misleading requests.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, hosting environment, administrative systems, or data.
  • Do not use website content or submissions to violate law, infringe rights, or falsely imply endorsement, certification, assurance, or client status.

6. Third-party links and availability

The site may link to third-party sites or services. ORDINIS does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

ORDINIS may modify, suspend, or discontinue public content or functionality. This does not alter obligations in a signed client agreement.

7. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND PUBLIC RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ORDINIS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. PUBLIC EXAMPLES AND METHODS DO NOT GUARANTEE A BUSINESS, OPERATIONAL, FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL, SECURITY, COMPLIANCE, OR OTHER OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDINIS AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC WEBSITE OR PUBLIC RESOURCES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDINIS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM THE PUBLIC WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED US$100.

These limitations do not exclude liability that law does not permit ORDINIS to exclude or limit. A signed client agreement controls liability for covered services.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are intended to be governed by Missouri law to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any dispute concerning public website use will be handled in a court or forum having lawful jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for public website use, but a signed client agreement controls its subject matter.
